Here is a Perl5.zip (put the files in your path or the same dir you run my perl code from), but I suggest getting a current version from www.ActiveState.com.

I get all my books from O'Reilly, and they have a good Perl page at perl.oreilly.com.

You can get Win32 Perl binaries at www.ActiveState.com.
